For December’s #SEJBookClub, we read Start with Why by Simon Sinek. The book’s tagline is “How great leaders inspire everyone to take action.” Inspiration is a common thread throughout the book and serves as a bottom line for starting with “why”. I was first introduced to Simon via his TED Talk focusing on the importance of knowing why we do what we do
